There are many more options for buyers than they have had in quite a while. This hopefully will bring some much needed relief for Buyers who have felt the strain of trying to find a home in this competitive real estate market.

What Buyers Need to Know

Both weeks of inventory and days on market have increased since last year, suggesting that the housing market is reaching more of a level or "Even" market. Don't worry, homes are still selling quickly especially homes listed at $300-500,000 continue to see the most activity. They typically spend fewer days on the market than the higher priced homes.
