The Strong Start Continues
Buyers continued to get a jump start before the Summer Selling Season. Home sales were up 6% year over year continuing the strong start to 2020. To keep up with the high demand Sellers brought 5,116 new listings to the market reflecting a 1% gain vs. this time last year.
Homes continue to appreciate steadily. The average sale price was up by 5% compared to February 2019 reflecting an average price of $488,127.
Low interest rates and consumer confidence remain high which continues to drive the market.
