
All signs are positive across the Denver Metro area housing marking this past July. Home sales were 4% higher year over year. Prices continue to hold steady indicating a strong real estate market.
Holiday Weekends & The Housing Market
With Independence Day, family vacations and summer activities, it is typical to see a slight reduction in sales in the month of July, This year was no exception. Sales were down slightly from last month. Prices also saw a slight dip month over month.
That being said, there were 6,642 new listings across Colorado showing a 3% increase from last July. At months end there were over 9,000 homes for sale across Metro Denver.
