One month left in 2021 and the Denver Real Estate Market still remains HOT!  

With only one month left in the year, the Denver real estate market is on pace to break records in not only in the number of closings but also prices! 

Continued record low interest rates and high Buyer demand is driving this hot market despite the typical seasonal slowdowns. 

Home prices continue to climb across the metro area with the average home price across Denver coming in at $627,945!  That's up 15% compared to this time last year. By the end of November there was only two weeks of available inventory. 

Sellers that buck the trends and list their home during the holidays are being rewarded with a very quick sale and very favorable terms. 

As the calendar turned to December, all indications is that we will continue to see more of the same for the remainder of the year.
