After seeing the typical seasonal slowdown we see this time of year sales have remained steady and stronger than last year. October saw 4,978 homes sold which reflected a 9% increase from October 2018. New listings were up 1% while home going under contract showed a WHOPPING 18% increase from this time last year.
The average home price increased 3% to $484,832 year over year. Other positive factors showed the average days on market were down 7 days while the total weeks of inventory dropped to 7 weeks.

Good news is by the end of October, the major market indicators continue to point upward compared to this time last year. Sales are up by 3% year to date. More inventory and low rates continue to add to demand.
Year to date the average price also increased by 3%. Inventory levels are on the rise thanks to new listings coming to the market. Year to date new new listings are 5% higher than this time last year.
