Trick or Treat? Buyers May Be Finding More Treats soon!
The Denver Real Estate market has been far too spooky for most Buyers for months. Low inventory, high prices and multiple bids have made getting a home tricky to say the least.
As prices finally started to level off and Buyers have continued their search trying to find that perfect place to call home. Although prices have leveled off some, they are still 17% higher than what we saw this time last year.
13% fewer new listings came to market compared to last October which can partially be attributed to seasonal slowdown among other factors. Pending home sales are up 1% from this time last year with it taking 10 days less to sell. The number of weeks of inventory remained the same.
All signs show that the market will remain strong. As we approach the holidays, there may still be time to for those resiliant Buyers to get that new home under the tree.
