Exciting news coming for 2020! The new Conforming Loan Limit for most of Denver Metro Area is going to be $510,400 which is up from $484,350 in 2019.
The new "High Balance" loan limit will be $575,000 which is up from $561,200.
The High Balance Conforming loan limit in Boulder County will be $644,000 which is up from $626,750 in 2019.
