After all, it can sometimes seem as if credit agencies want to keep you in the dark about how scores are calculated. Not to worry - with some diligence on your part and a little insight into the world of credit score-keeping, you can get back on track in 2020.

Paint your credit score on your wall for extra motivation

Credit scores follow an algorithm first developed by the data analytics company FICO years ago. For a while, credit scores weren't the primary force behind a credit decision but over time the impact of a credit score became more and more important. Most every loan program available today has a minimum credit score.

Wheatlands New Playground Grand Opening Event Aurora, CO

Wheatlands Community Monument Aurora, CO

The Wheatlands is a Residential Single Family Community located in SE Aurora near Southlands Mall. The Wheatlands is anchored by Cherry Creek School District's Pine Ridge Elementary and is home to both attached Condos and Single Family Homes. 

The Metropolitan District recently completed a brand new playground in an existing park. Here are some photos from the recent Grand Opening Celebration.

Hard to believe that 2019 is almost in the books. Despite the typical seasonal slowdowns, sales remained level compared to last year. Home prices enjoyed a 6% gain vs. this time last year. The average sales price was slightly down from the Summer Selling Season highs.
