The second annual Senior Law Day for residents of Adams and Broomfield counties is being held on Saturday June 8th 2019 at the Adams 12 Five Star Schools Conference Center located at 1500 E. 128th Ave Thornton, CO 80241. 

The first Senior Law day held last year was a huge success with over 300 people attending the informative event.

As the Denver Real Estate Market continues to be strong, home values have been on the rise. County Assessors will be sending out new property valuations over the coming weeks.

While in most cases the property values given by the County Assessor are accurate, sometimes the values may not be correct. In those cases, you can dispute the value with the County Assessor by providing comparable sales similar to your home to support your case.

U.S. News analyzed the 125 most populous metro areas and ranked them on multiple factors, including value, market desirability, job market, net migration and quality of life.  

As a Colorado Native myself, I couldn't agree more with their findings that Colorado is an outstanding place to plant your roots.
