Despite the growing Coronavirus outbreak March continued to show steady and strong results. Home sales were up 2% from this time last year with 4,631 sales registered in March 2020. The average sold price for single family homes rose by 7% for an average of $513,691.
The average days on market reduced by 2 days while the weeks of available inventory remained the same at 6 weeks.

Buyers continued to get a jump start before the Summer Selling Season. Home sales were up 6% year over year continuing the strong start to 2020. To keep up with the high demand Sellers brought 5,116 new listings to the market reflecting a 1% gain vs. this time last year.
Homes continue to appreciate steadily. The average sale price was up by 5% compared to February 2019 reflecting an average price of $488,127.
Low interest rates and consumer confidence remain high which continues to drive the market.
